According to UK's Hello Magazine and Daily Express, David Boreanaz, star of The WB's Angel, has signed a three-picture deal to star in three Superman films for Warner Brothers and director Brett Ratner.

It feels wrong to me, too, but he has played Batman, kind of.

Of all the names I'd seen so far hias is the best. He's already shown himself to be adept at playing two different characters. He's also got a good sense of comic timing which would be essential in his scenes as Clark Kent, especially when interacting with Lois Lane.

I just hope the rumor of Lara Flynn Boyle taking on the lois Lane role turns out to be bogus.

when I 1st heard this I didnt think it would work but after watching "angel" he might pull it off > I still think the role should go to Tom Welling of "smallville" but I doubt that would happen

I think David Boreanaz would be great as Superman. He is so fit! He would look so hot in the Superman outfit. It would really accentuate his assets. :P

(+ he is a really good actor. he has already proved that bhe could play a split persona.)

David Boreanaz is sooooo gorgeous and he would be the perfect superman. Any girl who gets to play Lois alongside him will be so lucky!! I just hope it's not a rumour! Also it's a great excuse to see him in some tights!!!
